When will I receive my order and how much does it
cost for delivery?
Affection by Chola Lingerie uses
the safest delivery systems, to ensure prompt and
secure delivery worldwide. We dispatch all your
orders as soon as possible. All orders are subject
to stock availability. Express Shipping
South Africa (All provinces) R1201-2 working days from
dispatch
Using Courier Service
Entire Southern Africa (R250)
3-5 working days from dispatch
(Signature required) Standard shipping does
not require a signature and packages that do not
fit in your mailbox may be taken back to the postage
warehouse for your collection.We recommend that you
choose the express shipping options. When selecting
a delivery address, try to use an address where
a signature can be obtained (for example, a work
address).
Please note: when a signature is required,
we are unable to send parcels to a PO Box address.While we will offer most
genuine and continual assistance with locating any
lost or mishandled parcels, we cannot be liable
for parcels that have been lost in the post.
All parcels are packaged
and delivered discretely.
*All
deliveries will be made according to the carriers'
standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature
should not be required. However, packages which will
not fit through your letter box may be taken back
to the postal depot for collection. Please note that
where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent
to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if
no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a
signature is required, please contact the carrier
direct.
Due to the current
political climate for countries like Zimbabwe, additional security checks are
taking place in many countries. This may result in
a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain
countries.
Shipping confirmation
If your automated shipping confirmation email is sent
before 4.30pm Monday to Friday / before 11am Saturday. Any orders
where the shipping confirmation is sent after these
times will be collected the following day.
