If you are at all dissatisfied with the product
we will exchange or refund your item.
Affection By Chola will return defective products.
We have the right to refuse returning a product
if we believe the product has been purposely tampered
with. If the faulty product has been worn, please
wash it before returning it to us.
Where defective products are returned under this
policy, Affection By Chola will, at its discretion,
replace or refund the item (less delivery costs).
If you want to return
your product because you have changed your mind,
it must be returned to us in its unopened and original
condition, with its original receipt.Our gift certificates
are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.This policy does not
purport to limit your statutory rights.
If a refund or replacement
has been requested for an amount lower than the
returned good, the amount outstanding will be credited
to your credit card that you originally ordered
placed the order with. No credit notes will be offered.
Once we have received
the goods we will process an exchange or return
of goods as quickly as possible, usually within
7 days. To make this process easier we have provided
a return form below for you to download. Please
fill the form, accompanied with the original receipt
and return to Affection By Chola’s postal address.

What will happen if only part of my order is in
stock?
To avoid paying for postage
twice, our system is designed to set the dispatch
date to match the time required to deliver all your
stock (in and out of stock). Hence we will make
one shipment to you once we have ordered and received
the out of stock items (Always look for the dispatch
and availability schedule when shopping).
As soon as your payment
authorisation has been finalised, we will dispatch
all available stock. We will only take payment once
the items have been dispatched.
What will happen if my
order is out of stock?
If a specific item is
out of stock, but we anticipate more deliveries
from the manufacturer an order can still be placed.
Usually it takes approximately one to two weeks
for new supplies. However, in some cases an email
will be sent providing you with the option of continuing
or canceling your delivery (if we expect a long
delay from our suppliers).
Some manufacturers may
discontinue lines or certain styles at their discretion
and without notice. An email will be sent to notify
you if this occurs. We will make suggestions to
you, of optional products similar to that you have
originally chosen (of course you can wait for your
products to become available or you can opt to cancel
your order).
Please note: with the
above circumstances your credit or debit card will not be
billed until you have made your decision.
Can I exchange my order?
We will happily exchange
products that do not fit, providing that the product
is returned within 7 days and the product is in
its original condition, with an original receipt.
Products to be exchanged
must be returned in its unopened package, and must
not have been worn or washed. We reserve the right
to refuse returns or exchange items if we feel that
the product has not returned to us in its original
condition.
At Affection By Chola we
do our best to exchange your product to a more appropriate
size of the same style if it does not fit properly.
