We accept most major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Visa
Electron.
Affection
by Chola Discount Voucher
If you have a Affection by Chola discount Voucher, If the balance
on your gift card is insufficient to meet the value
of your order or purchase, you will also be asked to add credit/debit
card details to cover the difference. Please note
that orders paid for using a gift card will need to
be placed by telephone order or instore, as we are currently unable to take
gift card payments over the internet.
We are
unable to accept payment via cheque, PayPal or any
method other than those listed above.
Payment
by fax/phone/Direct Bank Deposits
If you do not want to enter your credit/debit card
details on the website, proceed with your order as
normal, but when asked for your card details, select
the 'Fax/Phone' or direct bank deposit option. You do not need to enter any
card details. Complete the order, then phone us with
your card details on 011 683 7034* (SA) / + 27 11
683 7034 (international), quoting the Affection by
Chola order number which you will find on your confirmation
email.
At Affection
by Chola, your card is only charged once you you are saitsified with your order details. If there are any
items on your order which are not in stock, you will
not be charged for these until we actually ship them
to you. You will be advised by email (or telephone
if you do not have an email address) if we are unable
to complete your order.
Security
checks:
As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent
use of credit or Debit cards, we carry out random security
checks on orders. These can take various forms, and
may involve contacting you by telephone before your
order is processed.
From time
to time it may be necessary for us to ask you to provide
a copy of a recent statement header for the card being
used on your order. Please note that we are only interested
in confirming information already provided on your
order, i.e. the billing name and address and card
issuer details, and do not need to see actual transactions,
which can be covered up. In case you have any concerns
regarding security, we can assure you that all information
is shredded as soon as we have confirmed the details
required.
We hope
you appreciate that these measures are a necessary
precaution, undertaken in the interests of fraud prevention.
*Calls
to an 0860 number from a standard Telkom land line
will cost the caller R4 per minute at all times. All
call costs exclude VAT. Calls from mobiles will vary.
